Confidentiality: If you provide us with information relevant to the claims in these actions, we may have to reveal your name and contact information to Boeing. To the extent allowed by law, we will keep the substance of the information that you provide to us confidential. By submitting this information to us, you intend, as do we, that all the information you provide will be privileged from disclosure to Boeing. However, Boeing may seek the information, and the judge may compel us to reveal at least something about the communication.
